Returns / Refunds / Exchange Policy

At 2Girls Lifestyle, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Kindly review the following terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and shipping before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 2 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be postmarked within Five (5) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hi.2girlslifestyle@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, Rs.100 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you have not received the refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at hi.2girlslifestyle@gmail.com.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized and Made to order
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • SALE Or Discount Offer items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • We offer 2 days for notification of return from the date of delivery and a further 5 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at additional costs of Rs.100.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  • All exchanges, including changes in size, are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
  • Any product exchanged once will not be considered for further exchange.
  • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if they are unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Please immediately inform our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.
  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • If an order has more than five products, then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund will not be possible.
